The mission of ACHA is to provide the necessary number of affordable, decent, safe and sanitary dwelling units within its jurisdiction; to administer, professionally and accurately, the programs authorized by the Board of Commissioners and Congress; and to professionally maintain the property that has been developed throughout its intended useful life. ACHA accomplishes this by serving the needs of our residents on a daily basis and providing opportunities to those who wish to take advantage of the programs we offer.
